Bark Bindings minimum forage skill req?
 

Not really sure where to post this but wondering if these have a minimum forage skill required to forage:

Was destroying excess on my ranger just after being there a short while but on my bard with a skill of 55 I've not picked up one in several hours.

Bad luck?

Pretty sure forage skill only affects success rates.

However, druids and rangers with a forage skill of over 100 or anyone with a racial foraging ability can often find that various zones will produce a few extra surprises...

The way this reads, Bards - having Forage as a class ability (not racial) but capped at 55 - can't forage them... Interesting.

Bummer if true, though while I was there again yesterday for around an hour I foraged 3 junk items like velium shard, oak branch, and sap. Maybe that's just because my bard is a wood elf with racial forage as that wiki page suggests.
