Can we get a Dark Mode for the Wiki?!

Title. Would it be feasible to get a dark mode for the p99 wiki? I often have the wiki up on a 2nd monitor and well, dark mode would be preferred!

Hypothetically it's possible, but I personally am too lazy to build it. If anyone else knows Javascript and wants to write the code, I could add it to the wiki, or ...

... you could just get a dark mode extension for your browser (eg. https://darkreader.org/), and then you can make any site you want have a "dark mode".

I would like to suggest if someone does try this, that they make it a stone mode instead :o

It's very possible if anyone has the interest/design skills. All it would take is creating a single CSS file (plus a tiny bit of Javascript to add that file to the page).

There are no templates, there's just the current wiki style, https://wiki.project1999.com/MediaWiki:Common.css (which in turn uses https://wiki.project1999.com/index.p...ghtbox.min.css).

However, if someone wanted to create a new CSS file (stone or dark mode) I could add it to the site, and figure out some way to let people switch between them.

You can get the dark reader extension and essentially, make any website you want dark mode - depending on the browser you use. I use Firefox, but I'd imagine you can get it on Chrome as well. Worth a shot.

EDIT: You can. I just looked. if this is something you might be interested in checking out or anyone else.
