WinEQ 2 - Failed to attach
 

Hi there,

Is WinEQ 2 still working?

I am getting "wineq 2 was able to launch but failed to attach to it"

I then found this link which makes me think maybe I need to upgrade, but wanted to check here first :)

I used it this week and had the same issue. The cause for me was when using the CDs to install Titanium, it created 2 different directories to install the files.

Example:
C:\Program Files(x86)\Sony\Everquest
and
C:\Users\(Your Profile)\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Everquest(I think?)

I had to reinstall Titanium and this time, I created an Everquest directory (C:\Everquest) and installed everything there. After that everything worked fine.

also, always make your p99 folder outside of program files. having it in program files causes issues with logs and various other things.
