copying HUD layout from one character to others?
 

I like to move the windows in my HUD to precise places and then lock them down. After some precise work yesterday I achieved a layout I really like for one character and would like to replicate it for my other characters.

Is there a game file I can just copy and rename to get my preferred layout to my other characters? If there is one, how do I find it?

Does a custom GUI implement a way to import/export the HUD layout to my other characters?

Some of it is stored per-character as UI_<charactername>_project1999blahblah - you could try using that.
