Iksar Hide Mask
 

I was wondering if the Iksar hide mask is like guise in that any class can cast from a inventory slot? And does it still give regen ? =) ty:D:D

Its more like a Mask of Deception. Have to equip it to click limiting it to Rogue/Bard
