OP the only reference I've seen (haven't dug a lot) is to 2002.

I think the suggestion is that it wasn't always in the game. Thus the use of the word "era" rather than "level".

I seem to recall Circle of Surefall glade coming out with the release of Jaggedpine Forest, which Allakhazam says was on July 24, 2002. That would place it in mid-Luclin and should never exist on P99.

Wow that late? That part of the world is inaccessible as a druid. Closest to Halas is North Karana! I can't believe it took them that long to add Circle of Surefall glade

Finding EQ information on google = easy.

Finding EQ information that is period-specific on google = not so easy.

Not to say that they shouldn't have looked, just that sometimes you need to know where to look. Google isn't always the right answer.
