A highly useful guide for enchanters to navigate their way through the treacherous world of Norrath and showing, not only the importance of buffing, but the priority of buffs. Teach an enchanter to buff, keep him useful for a minute... but teach an enchanter when not to buff and keep him from ever being useful. This guide promises to do just that.
