IP blocked?
 

Game keeps telling me to come back later my IP is blocked?

Does it only do this on blue but green is ok? Or green says blocked and blue works?

Happened to me a while ago once, a temp fix was going off wifi and using a tether. Rebooting router worked overall though.

Yup thanks, Rebooting router worked. It was only green blocking me.
