Keeper Rott's Pages
 

Grinded cab necro faction today, and finally got high enough faction for Keeper Rott to talk to my necro. He responded to both the great occultist message portion of the 6th skull cap quest as well as the additional mission message for the quest Keeper Rott's Pages.

Finally having the faction to do these quests, I made my turn in for the pages only to have him eat them and tell me my faction was too low.

There is a note in the script about needing "high" amiable for his quests.
