7-piece visual set of Enchanted or Imbued Teir'dal Adamantite Plate

Been having a pretty difficult time finding a Teir'dal cultural smith, does one even exist?

I did see a full set of, I believe, 13 pieces auctioned in EC for 20k recently. I do not know their name.

Vexatus (60 DE cleric I believe) does this stuff. He made a suit and has been trying to sell it. I'm sure he'd be happy to hear from you.
