Brew barrel ping

I am having a similar problem, though I usually don't crash totally. When I open the brewing barrel my ping goes from 150 to 5000-9000 and stays there. I have to camp out to reset it. Very frustrating. Anyone have any ideas?

I am also having this issue. Tried it on 2 different pcs, windows xp and windows 7. EQ is crashing for me when i right click the barrel and windows just says there was an application error and eq closes.

update

Just an update... I did not have this same problem at the east freeport barrel. The issues I reported were all @ rivervale.

every tradeskill one I tried in Rivervale crashed me

Same here, on 2 different PCs one with XP and one with Win 7, potters wheel, brew barrel, stove, etc, all crash me in Rivervale.

My dark elf has no problems using tradeskill stations in Neriak.

Having the same problem in East Cabilis on the brew barrel. Ms goes way high, crashed me once, which is when I finally noticed it. When I leave the brew barrel my ms very slowly goes back down.

Same thing for me in ECab. It's brewtal.

I notice my ms goes down slowly while the brew barrel in East Cabilis is open. My ms goes increasingly higher until I crash the more I open the barrel. Also found that I can bring it back down faster by zoning, which it went back down to normal levels.
