Warrior velious plate : SS vs Kael (fungi?)

Title says it all. Discuss? Also when you get rid of that stinky fungi ? I personnaly did go the kael route purely coz of AC and fashion.

Kael as Giants of Velious are the scions of war. Who cares about efficiency when you have lore.

Always felt the giants were pretty bad ass if you think about. They are waging a war against 3 factions simultaneous and holding their own. A bunch of angry dwarves, pfaw. Children of a giant dragon the size of planets? No big deal. Literal god of nature... lol please.

There really isnt a discussion. If you arent in a CH chain or taking CH's from one cleric every moment it's available the fungi is BIS. That said, if a fungi looks dumb it's easy to justify not wearing most of the time. You can drive yourself insane with that little last bit of efficiency.

Otherwise hps > all. I havent spent much time looking at the warrior quest armor but likely a mix & match again if you are trying to optimize to the nth degree.

SS is better but kael is cheaper.

Not sure I'm going to agree there. Vindi BP has AoB, which is BiS for +Attack if you aren't tanking. Not everything AEs, and it still has regen and much, much, MUCH better resists/stats than fungi.

Fungi is BIS for everyone who can wear it, forever.
