Enstill spell never works
 

Im talking it never works at all, ive never fought a mob that was even con or higher. Just blue mobs and the spell just doesnt work at all. If a successful land is recorded, instantly yellow text appears that it has broke.

I can tell resists are massively bugged on this green server because everyone talks about them end game like its so unbalanced its not even funny on these forums here and this is not normal for a lvl 20 something mob with 0 special resists lol.

wow, right after posting, i think i just had enstill last its full duration (or close to ) for the first time.

and then the next 2 casts resisted by a blue con mob :( well i will recommend new players start out on the blue server. Unless the targeting bug and these insane resists also exist there.

If i wasnt already lvl 30, and if this wasnt my highest lvl char on p99, i would start over on there myself.
