Incomplete dialogue for Tergon's Spellbook
 

For the quest, Tergon's Spellbook, the player is sent to ask Dooly Jonkers in West Freeport about Retlon Brenclog. However, Dooly doesn't respond to any inquiry about Retlon even at warmly faction.

Dooly should currently reply to 'Retlon Brenclog'.


It should be that any mention of 'Retlon' prompts his dialogue.

Fixed, pending update

For Retlon and the slaves:

-Updated their faction hits, added missing aggro and death text
-Retlon will accept his shackle key even while kos
-Retlon and slaves assist the orcs
