Tell windows disappear - computer not writing char/ui files

Hey there, trying to get this into a more concise thread - yesterday while I was adjusting a tell window (I had 2 up) they all suddenly vanished mid move. I tried turning tell window on and off, reinstalling twice with different sources of Titanium, and asking around in WC and ETC. People have all said to look for these type of files like UI_Danyill_Project1999Green etc, my computer is not making any of these files and I cant seem to change the folder from read only to write, so is that why? Everytime I change it, it reverts back, though the box initially indicates that its no longer checked, if i refresh the page it is. Just trying to reset my UI on the 1920x1080 resolution, can someone please help? I rolled a druid to DAP but doing it without tell windows is extremely hellish. Also what is strange is i cannot right click interact with ANY box to lock or make new window etc now in ANY resolution...

Windows 10 home
64x
Everquest is in C:Program Files x86, is this the problem perhaps? gonna try loading it into just "program files" and see if i can at least make it not read only.

Ok go aheead and can my two threads, i fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling on a brand new folder i made outside of my program files folders, maybe my PFx86 is saving some kind of ghost settings idk but installing it into a totally new place worked (tho its strange cus i installed it on my D Drive and it saved settings that were messing me up before? strange, no clue, Fk PCS. thanks anyways)
