Unable to regenerate mana.
 

I can't recreate this, as I don't know what is doing this so I can't give you specifics of how this works.

I play a DE cleric who currently has 514 mana at level 16. Current stats are as follows:

80 Str
87 Sta
93 Agi
85 Dex
128 Wis
101 Int

The bug is this :

I can drop my mana to 0 / 514 on some occasions and for a good 10 - 20 seconds it does not go up, period. It doesn't matter if I have clarity or clarity II or breeze. During these situations I will have plenty of food and water and my character will be fed (Not needing food or water :eat).

During BOTH times this bug has happened we had a bard in the group playing Hymn of Restoration. I had no other buffs on me during both occasions. As I said, I can not recreate this bug so I don't know exactly what is going on.
