Theres a couple spells in Jan 01 and many updates to spells in Feb 01

I'll play my dual wielding Wurmslayer ranger whenever they put SoW at 30. Using Jboots is cool, but who doesn't want to run like the wolf?

Rangers finally have sow at 30 and panic animal now as of today. At least, panic animal was unscribable til now, assuming sow at 30 is now a thing.

Just curious, are patch notes non-classic? Cause they make a point of making an xp bonus annoucement or some other comment but do not mention other changes that have been put in place. This has been the case when Velious was put in place and ever since. Again, just curious, appreciate all the work put into making p99 the great server(s) that they are.

From the p1999 patch notes, hybrid spells weren't supposed to be implemented until the end of February 2001, which correlates to end of September 2021. They must be lumping all of the months patch notes into one patch now?

That's what they have always done for Green era patches. First Friday of the month, all changes from the corresponding month go in.
