Kizdean Gix
 

Kizdean Gix was not functioning properly. There are many changes I will outline here instead of multiple patch notes.

Pending update:

-there are two different versions of kizdean gix. Added missing dialogue, faction checks, and updated faction hits.
-added missing pathing grid for kizdean gix.
-prior to Oct1999, kizdean gix *may* drop Noresa's Purse.
-Noresa's Purse changes to a 'Sparkle' purse in Oct1999
-added missing quest 'Messages for Neriak'. Amiable or better.
-added missing dialogue for Dragoon Zytl, Loveal S`nez.
-Cytodl Krish is green aggro, doesn't require los for aggro
-Dragoon Zytl's default movement is running
-Dragoon Zytl aggros wildlife
