The various sirens found in Cobalt Scar cast Cajoling Whispers.

According to the spell description: ( https://wiki.project1999.com/Cajoling_Whispers )
the charm spell in question should only work on up to level 46 creatures, yet they successfully charm level 60's.

Should this be happening?
