I know that class based xp penalties are removed now correct? So that is hybrid xp penalty.


Are racial xp penalties still in?

On Green, class penalties still exist.

Class and Race penalties are different than Hybrid Penalties.

Classes with Hybrid Penalties include...
paladin, ranger, shadow knight, bard and monk

Who had an additional exp modifier till Jan Velious.
Furthermore the Hybrid Exp Penalty affected the entire group differently than race/class penalties. (hotly debated)

Just anecdotal evidence, but my paladin was getting more exp per kill at level 16 on Tuesday evening than he was at level 15 on Sunday from the same Unrest yard mobs.
I might be crazy, but it seemed like a night and day difference to me.

On Green, class penalties have been removed.

It says they also changed xp distribution in a group from basing it on the total xp each character has earned to just their level; so while the race xp penalty is still in it should now be an individual penalty instead of a group penalty.
