Stormfeather is off
 

i was present last night and saw Stormfeather die at 9mp cst....I come to my pc at 2pm cst for the start of the first window to find out he spawned about a hour before the window even opened. please fix this as it is a 18 hour spawn with a +/-1 window for 1st window and it clearly is spawning outside of window...on blue server
