UI reset on camp. Every. Time.
 

Not sure what else to say. I am running everything default as per the getting started guide, but every single time I camp, and come back all of my hotkeys have been removed and the whole UI has been reset to default. No idea how to fix. Makes the game obviously unplayable.

Move the install out of program files.

Your characters ini file/s might be read only. Change them to read writable.
