I'm just struggling to understand the point of this, because it's so far from any sort of classic experience right now. I understand windows for raid targets but not epic NPCs like this one. It would be really great if we can all come together and create a player made agreement for this and VD.

I don't think a single enchanter would disagree with you. I think there's a reason there's a noose in her room...
Vessel Drozlin is even worse, and nothing about either experience is even remotely classic.
There have been a couple of attempts at a player agreement, but loot-right sellers will never abide.
Nothing worse than spending 24+ hours at a spawn, only to have some loot-right seller log on at the most convenient time with his 3 "friends" and FTE the mob while you were trying to coordinate reinforcements.
The only real option is to convince a few friends to waste an entire weekend alongside of you, while you all contemplate using that noose.
It's miserable, it's an absolute waste of time, it has zero resemblance to the classic experience, but the FTE rules on these spawns have been argued ad nauseam. The server staff doesn't care. |
