Priest Bind Wound Skill Cap
 

On the Wiki, it states that Clerics, Shamans, Druids skill cap for Bind Wound @ level 60 is 210, but on Green it is currently capped at 200. Is this a bug, or does the 210 skill cap come with Velious?

Doesnt raise above 200 until a couple months into Velious
