Why are the Mage pets the new graphics? Is it just me? Or is it everybody?

Can I change them to the old graphic(Like everything else)?

Yah. When you launch the game, click options. it will open an options wizard.
Eventually you'll get to character model options and you can turn off mage pets.
It also turns off horses, but ofc that doesn't affect us.

Yah same here.

I do like the earth elementals, they're scary.
Was in a group the other day with an enchanter in earth elemental form.
The sound of it casting kept scaring me.

oh excellent I didnt know we could turn them off, doing that right now to add to the old school feel :D

Neato, now I'm inclined to actually play my Mage.

I dunno what made them redesign the elementals, they weren't broken so didn't need fixing... gotta love the grunt of the old earth elemental :)
