No world textures or structures
 

I see character models and some furniture but there isn't a ground or sky and there's no buildings etc. Not sure what I need to load here but I could use some help. No amount of searching the forums or internet has found me anything out about this issue.

I reinstalled and things are working now.

Typically the result of overwriting folders (instead of just their contents) when extracting the patch, as the patch only includes the modified files.
