I had a wizard back in 'the day' and got to level 54 in the Luclin expansion when I quit EQ completely up until P1999 Green now. This project and community are an incredible effort.

My cleric is now level 17, almost 18. I'm really amazed at how generous people are here. I've received a number of generous buffs from higher level players as well as some equipment and plat which I wouldn't see until far later in the game. I'm also pleased with myself at being able to navigate GFay by memory still, though I did get lost in Freeport. The whole thing is very familiar but everyone seems much nicer than I remember back in classic.
