Anyone do fitness, nutrition tracking?

I've used, myhealth pal. Lifesum. And Samsung Health.

Samsung is pretty good if u don't give a shit about tracking actual nutrients. And just want to track activity, exercise, so is Google fit.

Both myhealth and lifesum look like they've turned to shit as far as the free versions.

I don't care about 100% accuracy. I just want to see a general sense of mineral, iron. And over all calories.

I think I came pretty close to dying from fasting and I had zero recovery from like three weeks of no food and terrible stress, physical activity with no recovery or nutrition to repair muscles. Ended up in the ER.

Yeah I made this handy animated graph to show the progress of my health over time:

My meals for the past week:

Wednesday: I forgot to eat all day till I started dashing on my drive home. My first stop, a rustic italian restaurant, gave me a free half order of garlic breadsticks ("give us this day our daily bread" came to mind on the way to my car)

Thursday: 2tbsp cottage cheese, an orange. Panek Paneer with garlic and cilantro naan. The garam masala was made by hand from seed in my coffee grinder

Friday: falafel pitas and a Lenny and Larry's cookie

Saturday: leftovers

Sunday; beyond meat burgers

Monday: a beet, an avocado, hummus, beyond meat burger.

Tuesday : 3 bean chili with tortilla chips, salsa, and reconstituted dried peppers made into a chili sauce with broiled garlic, onion, cumin, and a dash of apple cider vinegar

Wednesday: leftovers.

Today: optimum nutrition green apple amino energy, and a vegetarian hotdog.

Tonight for dinner I froze and defrosted a block of tofu, which I'm gonna press the water out of, and season with vegetable bullion, batter, airfry, and use in kung pao with chow mein noodles, zucchini, raw peanuts, and bell pepper

On Monday I also ate that first fruit of Marah Fabacea that I posted in this thread, and flax seed processed in the mortar and pestle was included in most recipes

That all sounds gross and completely unsatisfying.

This sounds amazing.

Also, I entirely forgot how healthy fresh nuts can be. Back to my dried bean motif as well.

I'm on the Subway diet, I hear that's good for you.

is a subway a sandwich? no, because sandwiches are food.

Burn more calories than you eat.

Simple.
