These are supposed to be usable at level 1, right? Does not currently appear to be the case.

Yeah that's my thread. We haven't gotten an answer as to whether this is intended to stay this way or if it's a bug.

The nerf itself is not classic, the tooth stopped dropping if any nerf at some poing, but the click was never restrict as in fact over few comments history it says its a nice powerleveling tool.

I mean Blue should not get those restrictions but its also getting, and if its to live classic moments, self powerlevel with the tooth is one of those experiences.

can we get an update on this please?
