Thoughts.

We all know 20 percent or so is not classic because it can't be from idiots ruining classic.

So would instances zones be a solid alternative if it charged the person making it 10,20,50,100k a session for a 24 hour zone for themselves and up to 6 players?

This is easy to do. I'm just wondering if it's time or not to save grief of casuals wanting stuff and elites taking stuff.

How bout they just make open raids set time earth quakes on the 1st weekend? So casual players dont have to wait till 4am to join a raid?

Lower the windows so smaller guild can plan and not have burn out for 16 hours

No one liked that idea. Fair enough. I did it on one server secrets helped on. It was successful. Pay 20k farm 40k no competition.

Lack of instancing is one of the very reasons we are here on P99.
Along with boxing prohibition, no post-Velious content, and such.

Lets not kid ourselves most people are here because it's free and someone they know who played on here said hey come try p99 it's fun. Boxing prohibition is great but everything else you listed is also great. There is an extremely vocal minority who are against instancing and post-velious content. Let me say that again. Extremely vocal, extremely minority. Force everyone who logs in to vote on whether they would want to see post velious content and instances and there would be 60% approval of both, if not more.
