I've seen them come, and I've seen them go. I know what works and what doesn't.

Do guild applications really filter bad people?

Are applicant trial periods for casual guilds actually helpful?

Do level requirements really filter out bad players?

How many guilds have you seen try to overreach themselves and complicate everything?

How many guilds hold onto annoying and childish people without dropping the hammer on these young miscreants?

Is there a logical point to any of this?
