When is RFS supposed to stop dropping?
 

If I understand correctly, the May 25, 2000 (= Dec 2020@Green) patch announced the retroactive change of the RFS to be usable by monks only, but it still dropped off the scarab.

When does it actually get replaced by the IFS in the loot table?

On blue, RFS was taken out 2 weeks after the other legacy items. Since Green rounds updates to the month, it will likely stop dropping with the next update, in ~2 weeks. It shouldn't survive past the Hole Era patch.

most likely staff wont announce it and it will be shadow removed and wont follow any type of timeline. it will be removed when ever they feel like it or all their buddies get the ones they want.

You're at least right about it not being announced. They've announced nothing thus far.
Visions of Granduer bug was also suppose to be fixed May 2000 (Dec 2020) but staff has told me that it is slated for June 2000 (next patch on Jan 1 or 8)
