anyone getting rid of shaman gear an iksar can use? I am a 35 mage but have saved about 800pp and would like to help a friend who is just starting

Best thing to do would be to buy a cheap weapon, charred guardian shield, a couple go rings and have him spend a day in Karnors looting rotting Jarsath Armor.
