No. Let me explain why...

Buffs are a part of the game design. In fantasy lore and such it’s a common thing to read about more powerful wizards and knights blessing and assisting lesser mortals.

Buffing just makes me feel hella immersed in Norrath and line up with the setting.

Makes them more enjoyable, but way less enjoyable than without once you're used to it.

PEDs should be a bannable offense.

They removed it from NPCs for a reason.
