How Do You Feel About Server Firsts?
 

Now that we've had Green and its "server firsts" system for over a year, I've become curious about its success. So please, help share what the Green community thinks about server firsts!

Server firsts are fucking stupid in 2020

I didn't like the first lvl 30/40 iksar necro (and I believe )shaman messages, as this was purely made possible only with PL/AS.

What I liked was the first Iksar SK lvl 50 server message, because I was grouping with Kagon since we were baby-SK+SHM in Kurns and we had a ton of fun in our journey and I know he leveled just the normal way and grinded with a 68% penalty up to 50. No grandmother or wife sitting with cleric/druid behind him. ALL HAIL KAGON, AVATAR OF FEAR!

I dont know much about drops and items, so cant really relate to all the server first drops. But I'm pretty sure I'd like to see and wait for some interesting stuff to pop up in yellow, if I knew more about it. How about the server message contains the link to the item, so n00bs like me know what the item is all about?

Every recycle server the winner of server first should be recorded on the wiki and they should have a feeling of superiority over anyone, even though its been done before.

Unless it has to do with raiding, anything that has to do with raiding should be shunned the way you would a rabid dog.

But the first dunedigger hunter of purple99 is the first dune digger hunter of purple99 and is a hero and savior of the lands.

If they want to get server first go ahead

it doesn't affect me and I think its actually quite exciting to see who will get it first!

I won't lie. I was super happy to get Server first 55 and 60 SK. Shoutout to all those who suffered the hybrid exp in my groups <3. Big shout out to Gathered Might, and others in HHK/Pits/Skyfire

Ps. Goal wasnt for server first. My Kunark goal was Locketx2 and CoS.. Got those knocked out. Then realized I was still in running for server first.

I know I'm firmly in middle age because when I see a video game trying to tell me I've made some achievement (which is itself slightly insulting, as if it thinks I'm too stupid to come up with my own achievements), I think something to the effect of, "Kids these days....."

I feel like I've killed more level 1 mobs than anyone. Too bad there isn't a stat for that.
