Is this problem with my computer or w/ the server?
 

I played last night and everything went fine. Changed a few settings this morning (like just graphic settings under options.. I didn't do anything advanced w/ game files) and I can't play.

First time I tried to log in I made it to char selection, clicked enter world, and it froze up and said "not responding" in the EQ window.

Now I can't make it past server selection. After I log in, I click a server and click play, and it freezes and goes "not responding" again so I have to close out the window.

Is this a problem w/ my computer or just temporary server issues that are going on
