Project 1999 - Spells: Kaggy's Curse

Hi all:

I had the unfortunate experience of running into Kaggy Krup when going to do my HS Key turn in (i think wiki has wrong loc for Dugroz and I thought he was in Froggy Town). He was even con @ lvl 55. He instantly cast Kaggy's Curse on me and I was able to FD him off.

This is a nasty and very long Snare (or root?) DoT debuff. Thank god I had a lot of bandages. I went through about 80 before the dot actually stopped ticking.

Here is the list of issues/bugs with this dot:

When cast on me, the icon, according to my client, showed a debuff timer of 5 mins.
The icon faded after 5 mins, and my HP color changed from red to white, but I kept losing health.
I was not snared, as the spell description says, but actually rooted until the icon faded. Then i could move, even though I kept losing HP due to the dot.
I assumed it was a bug and by zoning it would stop ticking off health, but as my bandage was barely keeping up with the dot, I kept having to bandage until mend refreshed, then make a dash as close to the zone as I could, then bandage until another mend refreshed.
Once I was able to zone, the Icon reappeared and this time said it had ~2mins left. Once this faded, I did not lose any more health.

So, in summary, I was rooted, not snared, the root lasted the original 5 mins till the first icon faded, the DoT portion lasted 20 mins, the icon that faded after 5 mins reappeared after zoning.

That is one nasty dot. 500hp per min for 20 mins = 10,000 hp
