For the first month or so Trak was being killed on Live, he dropped Ton Po's Bo Stick of Understanding (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=586)

We've gotten every other trak drop now, and quite a few duplicates, but have yet to see this. Just want to confirm that it's on his loot table and we've just been unlucky as opposed to it being omitted.

Note: a month worth of 7 day trakanons is not the same as a month worth of correct 3 day trakanons.

Ton Po's bo stick never dropped on live. It only dropped during Kunark beta/test server. It was removed from his loot table before Kunark went live.

I had one on live.

Of course, I won it at the casino they implemented in Shadowhaven.

meh, i suck. went digging in monkly business and the one i had seen someone with on live was given during a GM event.

Way to ramp up your credibility for that whole trak = 3 day spawn thing ;)

In hours and hours of research nothing ever pointed to 7 day trak. I have every expectation that when the devs feel he's tuned properly and VP is ready, he'll go to his proper spawn timer.

That thread on monkly business was the best source I could find. I was unable to find any reliable source of anyone aside from the Jojo mentioned in that thread having on one live, and even Jojo's was from a GM event on Legends server (which is kind of like quasi-live imo).

I wasn't sure what the plan was for this weapon, but just thought I would submit my findings. Hope this helps!

A message sent to numerous Devs back last fall/winter.

To my knowledge, none aside from the one owned by Jojo ever existed on live prior to casinos. Obviously one has dropped and it couldn't have gone to a better person - but to say one dropped on live is to my knowledge incorrect. If anyone has concrete evidence beyond "I knew a guy who was in a guild with a guy whose friend's brother had one because he was in afterlife/triton/foh/township/conquest/invirtue/whatever but I can't remember his name or any real details" I'd be interested to see just to know. But yea, it really doesn't matter at this point, but just for accuracy I thought I would share.
