Helmet not showing in game

I'm new to the server and I noticed that my helmet shows up on the character selection screen but not in game. Any reason behind this or a way to fix it? Thanks.

Options > Display > Show My Helm button.

This is an options button in game correct? Not the options before you login..

Yes, it's an in-game option. Alt+O to open the window (I think that's the default bind). (:
