Glubbsink, in Butcherblock Mountains, is currently giving the following faction hits when killed:

-ClanRunnyEye
+GuardiansoftheVale
+StormGuard
+StormReapers

According to this post from June 2000, the correct factions hits should be:

-RiptideGoblins
+StormGuard
+EmeraldWarriors
+GemChoppers

This aligns with faction adjustments for other water goblins in the zone as well.
