Still cant login
 

Ive deleted Titanium and reinstalled it 3 times. have done all of the changes and removed all firewalls. I even tried connecting directly to my modem which the IP company says is just plug n play. NADA! I go to login and get error: a time out occured. It's super quick and happens all of the time. My sister just told me that perhaps they were fixing that happening in certain states. Im from Ohio and she said ohio was listed as one of the states that had that problem. It still is happening so whats the deal? What the heck do i do now? Ive an HP, using windows 7...not sure if something isnt compatible and just not showing otherwise. Any ANY info would be so appreciative. Ive scoured the net and forums to no extent and havent seen anything current. thanks
