Will the Elder Spiritist's Vambraces’s dot stack with Drifting Death casted version? Any other dots I would have at 49?

No, however it will stack with Winged Death at level 53. Level 53 is a game changer. Epic + DoD clickie + Fire dot + Winged Death = great root rotting.

Still with a fire dot will help tons when low on mana. Or those dang 5% health hill giants.

Yeah ES Arms are a great part of any Druid's leveling arsenal.
