Anyone know/remember when these become available? The recipe and all the ingredients are out there already. Any brave souls tried a combine?

Bear in mind its bow haste will not be in effect until sometime during Velious.

Pre-Fleeting quiver the max you can get tailoring to at the moment is 115.
Fleeting Quiver has a 222 trivial level.
You have a 5% chance to succeed from 1-120.
At 121 and thereafter, you go up 1% success rate per point.
Bow haste isn't implemented until Velious as mentioned.
Wood Elves and Halflings get much cheaper culturual combines in Kunark.
Best thing now is to toss HQ Lion skins and aviak eggs into a mules bank until Velious.
