tradeskills and kunark

so, does RoK bring any tradeskill updates>? new recipes?

There was a lot of debate as to when cultural recopies should start trickling in. I am pretty sure a good number of them appear during Kunark but don't expect anything fantastic. Most of these early cultural recipes weer sup-par at best.

I'll post you a link as soon as I find it.

September 18th 2000 was when cultural recopies first made an appearance on a patch note. This is a bit before Velious. The recipies did not all appear at once, they would do 1-2 races at a time. over the course of the end of Kunark, beginning of Velious.

Here is an (incomplete) list of what I think should be in the first wave of cultural armors:

If we follow the timeline these should show up in August. No clue what the server staff has planned though.

I am of the mindset that Extunarian's list is probably the most accurate we could ever hope to come across (considering how much research he did on it).

GP - those are the exact recipes I remember going in during Kunark (and a large reason I regretted rolling a half elf at the time!). Do you recall any other cultural tradeskilling (woodelf fletching, halfling, woodelf, and erudite tailoring, etc) going in at the same time or was that later? I seem to recall at least Erudite terrorantula silk being in fairly early. What about Seafarer's Ringmail and Heraldic plate for humans?

Actually I was just looking for information on this last few days. Old cultural smithing was introduced according to Eqtraders around Aug 16th 2000.

By using the wayback machine and looking up eqtraders, you can see all kinds of information as to when items where introduced.
