Pally Epic Question: Kirak Vil

Hi all. Does anyone have any information on Kirak Vil's spawn times? Caught him right after the server reset this morning, and he de-popped about an hour after.

Wiki doesn't list anything

The Paladin Epic guide on the wiki has this down in the walkthrough part:

The Shield is loot from Kirak Vil, a level 55 guard in Nektulos Forest. His spawn time is 7-10 days and takes many people to kill because he is absolutely resistant to all spells.

I was never able to find anything more than this when doing mine. I made a lvl 1 dark elf and would just check every now and then until I saw him up
