Trying to configure nparse to work on shaman epic?

I tried this but it seems to be not catching it still? it normally works for all other spells.

For future reference, you can go to General -> Spells -> Edit (Custom Timers). You can catch any spells that are missing by default (i.e. some clickies). I put JBoots there (if it isn't already there by default).
