 Recover deleted files

So my pc has several storage drives. I recently reinstalled win10 on the ssd C:
I had forgotten that i had a large amount of deleted media from drives D: E: F: G: H: I: When I reinstalled, I disconnected drives D thru I. To my understanding, those files are just marked as recycle bin but the exact data remains on the drive until recycle bin is emptied. Is there a method or program that can identify the recycle bin files on drives D thru I and delete as I should have done before I reinstalled win10? |

Not sure about free tools but I've used Ontrack back in the day:
https://www.ontrack.com/en-us/data-recovery/software The free trial will show you what it finds so you can at least see if it'll work. I have no idea what their current pricing structure is - we had an enterprise version back when I used to use it. Never used this but $20 seems cheap enough: https://www.ccleaner.com/recuva -Mcoy |

i use this for all my customers asking to recover data or when they request a exact copy of a failing drive heh i just checked my logs and I've recovered 1.5pb with it |
