Hello, I seen someone playing EQ on twitch and it brought back memories. I was on Tarew Marr in guild Pak'Cafan. I used to be hardcore player back before World of warcraft came out. I gave a ton of my life away doing the grind of leveling , AA grinding, camping, raiding.. being in the Guide program even.

Now, many years later, I dont want to get back into the grind ( mainly because I am absorbed in dungeons and dragons online ) but I do want to play around with making my own personal server with just me on. I would like the ability to say make a vendor that has All best in slot gear.. or whatever , be able to teleport around from zone to zone..not sure if that stuff is possible. If it is, can someone point me in the right direction to a website that can help with all this? This is mainly for a quick nostalgia thing while I have some down time due to covid.

I don't know how that stuff works, but I imagine you'll want to check out the EQ-Emulator forums directly. This forum here is specific to the P1999 servers.

EQ Emu forums is where you'd go to learn how to set up your own solo server.

However, there are a couple of servers that are pretty close to "god mode enabled" or let you grind out insanely fast and/or warp around. Imperium requires some light grinding, but you can get to mid 30's in about 20 minutes, and can warp to any zone and any location with a keyboard command. Plus all the gear is buffed.

Was that one of the servers here in p99? Maybe I didnt see it, or was it something on eqemu.?

I seen that video, but I am not sure if that is some other EZ server because when I logged into the ez server on P99 here I started in Cabilis Lake of ill omen area. I dont see any vendor guys like in that video.

EZ Server is an entirely different server. Find it on Eqemulator.org server list. Should have a link to their site too, which will have setup instructions. It'll be TOTALLY different than P99 setup.

EZ server is another server on the EMU server list. Yes totally different than any p99 server, it is "EZ" up to 70 but not so easy to max out, and you need to box for sure to get past 70
