Ethereal Bladed Naginata needs the upgraded ratio

I've looked for more concrete EXACT proof/timeline of the upgrade, but can't really find anything more conclusive than this. All signs point to it getting upgraded with all the other 2handers in the Oct 2001 patch though.

In my opinion, the lack of conclusive data is likely due to it being a quest reward instead of a drop, and a difficult quest at that. Odds are there were NOT a lot of people willing to do this difficult of a quest for a 32/37 weapon, so it just didn't get done by most, and it wasn't until later on that one of the few who completed it finally posted about it on Allakazam.

This gives us a definitive timeline. I’ll update post when I change it.
