What level does Clarity get stronger?
 

So an Enchanter gets Clarity at lvl 29 and it starts off with +4 Mana per tick. At level 60 it's +7 mana. ( https://wiki.project1999.com/Clarity )

Does anyone know at what level does Clarity give +5 and +6 mana?

If the wiki is actually correct (which it often is not) I would guess 39 49 59
